What a wonderful experience of Laos
Reviewed On: Apr 13, 2019KrystynaAustralia

On the returning home the first thing I wanted to do was to contact Thanh Xuan & thank you for everything she did to make our holiday a success. From the time she began tailoring an itinerary for us to then delivering the holiday in Laos, she was accommodating, friendly, professional and efficient. During the holiday we realised the complexity of what she needed to organise but everything was to an exceptional standard and programmed perfectly. Everything went to plan. Each time we arrived in a new location there was our guide and driver waiting for us. All the guides and drivers were without fail punctual and looked after us perfectly making sure we were always safe, secure and comfortable. They were without fail knowledgeable of the places we visited and patiently answered our never ending questions. We were always made to feel comfortable as they all seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The standard of hotels was very good and all their staff members were efficient and friendly. The tour plan was very good and ensured we got to visit the most important sights in each location.
Laos is a country that is still trying to build up their tourism. We found the people very polite and nice. There were very nice restaurants in Luang Prabang. Saw some nice villages, learnt a lot about their culture. The monks alms giving event that takes place every morning was very interesting. The tourist can take part and give alms/ food to the monks. The food basket can be purchased right there as people are preparing food and selling the basket for $3 to anyone who would like to participate. Thank you again Thanh Xuan for everything you have done to make our holiday a great success and I will be very happy to introduce friends to your company should the occasion arise.

Laos – Majestic landscapes, exquisite cuisine, colorful tradition, the sweetest people + flawlessly organised
Reviewed On: Jan 02, 2019Zoran JakovlevAustralia

Culturally and geographically diverse, mountainous Laos is a hidden gem that has retained the unique and rare charm of those few areas that have not sacrifice everything to touristic ‘development’ and remain untouched by the western frenzy.
During our 11 days stay in Laos the ever present Mekong river followed us when we visited the sophisticated Luang Prabang where the exotic meets the French refinement, the developing country’s capital Vientiane, the country’s spectacular waterfalls, the mysterious Plain of Jars, Wat Phou Temple with its stunning view.
Every single day Laos didn’t fail to amaze us with its natural diversity, colorful tradition and gentle people.
Our, once in a life time trip was flawlessly organised (hotels, guides, vehicles, drivers) by our Asia tour personal advisor, Thu Vu!
