Yes just want to say I was really impressed with your services, your patience in answering any of my concerns or questions and in the quality of tours you connected us with. The Halong Bay Signature Cruises was absolutely outstanding in the quality of service, accommodation and food – truly a 5 star experience. Also the tour from Hue to Hoi An was excellent – the guide had excellent English and answered a lot of our questions along the way even regarding previous places we’d been to in Hue and different aspects of Vietnamese culture. I like your approach to my emails where you answer each of my questions separately and are very clear and informative.
