My wife and I just enjoyed 11 days in Vietnam. It was our first trip to Southeast Asia and we felt the need for a travel agency to help us. We were a bit apprehensive about using a travel agency from Hanoi and not from Canada. When we found Asia Tour Advisor on Trip Advisor and read excellent reviews, we decided to use them. It was a good decision.
The agent we dealt with was Hong and he prepared a great trip for us. We made many changes during the preparation phase and Hong was extremely helpful in advising us on what to do and see. His answer was quick and really helpful. We chose four-star hotels and they were all located in a central area and very comfortable.
