Chau Phu Temple
Chau Phu Temple. This temple was built in 1926 to worship the Nguyen dynasty official Nguyen Huu Canh. He is considered as the person who established territorial sovereignty for Vietnam in 1698 He is buried at Sam Mountain. The structure is decorated with Vietnamese and Chinese motifs. At the inside there are funeral tablets bearing the names of the deceased and some biographical information about them
