My pleasure to give you some feedback about our tour that I booked with your company
We had a great trip. Perfect trip also
Our trip was planned and organized through you. This was a very pleasant experience. You was always available (phone and e-mail) for questions and adaptations while we were still discussing the outline of the tour and you was always available and helpful while we were on the road. You were courteous, patient, solution oriented and customer oriented at all times.
Everything you organized was perfect. (Hotels with nice view, local guide and driver, tuk tuk…). The local guide was pleasant and knowledgeable and adapted well to our needs. (We are probably not easy customers, I suppose, because we are usually individual travelers with a wide range of experience and not very used to being “guided”).
I will certainly endorse your company in general and you in particular without any restrictions within my network at BBA, and I hope that in the future there will be another opportunity to plan and carry out a tour through AsiaTourAdvisor
