Great way to see Siem Reap

We had two full days in the city, and we had Thanh customize a tour for us to see Angkor Wat at sunrise, several other temples including the temple of the smiling faces and the pink temple. We also saw the floating villages north of the city, which were fantastic and really gave you a sense for the region.

Khom is a fantastic guide for Siem Reap. He was extremely knowledgable about everything in the area since he’s been a tour guide for ten years and grew up in a similar fishing village to the floating villages. The level of detail he was able to give us in the tour was unbelievable, as we rarely were in a crowded area with a lot of other tourists and he seemed to know every cool spot for a picture. He also knows when to add detail about the area and when to just remain in the background and let the beauty and awe of the temples wash over you. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.
