Welcome to Vientiane! you will be met outside the baggage claim area by your guide who will escort you to a waiting vehicle for your transfer to downtown with a brief introduction en route. Your guide will be holding a welcome signboard with the ASIA TOUR ADVISOR LOGO & your name. During the drive your guide will provide an introduction to Vientiane.
Vientiane is the tranquil and timeless capital of Laos with a kaleidoscope of architectural styles and influences ranging from traditional Lao to Thai, Chinese, French, Soviet and American. Discover crumbling French mansions, the golden spires of Pha That Luang, ancient atmospheric temples, bizarre sculptures and the Patuxai Monument, the Arc de Triomphe of Laos. From steaming noodle bars to riverside cafes, Vientiane will surprise and delight you with its quaint placid charm.
After brekfast, Meet your guide and Enjoy a city tour to Wat Sisaket with its thousands of miniature Buddha statues. Visit Wat Simuang and Wat Prakeo, which was the original home of the famous Emerald Buddha, which today lives in Bangkok. There are many excellent restaurants in Vientiane, and you will easily find something to suit your taste. Visit the huge golden That Luang monument, where all Lao citizen respect as holy pagoda. Visit Vientiane's own Victory Monument, which looks like the Arc de Triumphe. This was built at the end of the Indochina wars with money rumoured to be American, and earmarked for the airport’s new runway. Thus the departing Americans dubbed this monument the vertical runway! Have a look at the lovely arches inside the monument.
Afternoon, We start to visit the major sight out of town about 30 km, visit Buddha Park, a blend of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures created by mystical monk on parkland located by the Mekong River and the impressive Lao- Thai Friendship Bridge. En route stop at Lao/Thai Bridge, taking photos before continue to the park.
After that return to town. Overnight in Vientiane.
Around 0830am, Meet your guide and We drive a head to Vang Vieng about an hour drive through high way. Arrive in Vang Vieng, check in at your hotel. After that Visit Jang cave, where local hid inside during the Indochina war. We then cross Song river visit blue lagoon 1, where you can take nice photos, relax or soft hiking to visit Phoukham cave. Enjoy a long trail boat ride along Song river to see local lives and its beautiful nature. You can explore Vang Vieng Walking Street Night Market at your leisurely in the evening. Overnight in Vang Vieng.
After breakfast, Meet your guide and Transfer you to Vang Vieng Train Station to take a morning schedule to Luang Praban. Arrive in Luang Prabang Train station, Transfer to your hotel. After that Visit Wat Xieng Thong, one of the most charming temple in Laos. We then enjoy a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the distillation of local rice wine. On return, we take a short drive to Ban Xang Khong, well known for its hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
As an optional, Today you may want to get early to participate an Arm-Giving, hundreds of monks walking along Side Walk to collect rice and food from laymen. We then visit Fresh Morning Market at Prakam village.
After breakfast, Meet your guide and Visit National museum, known as former royal palace, Visit Wat Mai, we then visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, visit Visit Big Brother Mouse, where you can buy some books and donate some for poor children to remote area.
Afternoon, We drive out of town 30km to visit the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall, where you can relax, enjoy the swimming if you want. Also visit Bear Snctuary. Afterwards you return to town, En route, stop and short walk round the Black Hmong Village to see local lives and their some of their souvenir handmade. We then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. After that return to your hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang
The true nature lover’s tour! Get it all with this diverse and action packed tour which takes you to learn how to communicate with the elephants, bathing and trekking through prime jungle along a stream leading up to Tad Sae Waterfall. AustraliaMy first impession is the communication went well and they even modified some part of the program to match our expectations. The 2-days hiking become a 3-days trip as still have few more days to spend in Luang Prabang. Once we arrive in the office, the guide made his short briefing and the adventure start…from paved road through the city, crossing the river to taste our first dirt trails we ended up our day at 1000m of altitude for a homestay in a Hmong tribe village. Some villagers stayed with us for a lao-lao rice rum. We were informed that there is no electricity in the village!!! Lighten up candles, bottoms up, nice jokes and going to bed and recover our tired day. Our guide was amazing all along the trip. Very patient with is and knowledgeable stopping us in the middle of nowhere with alway something to share about the region and traditions. We had memorable moments during this trip. We definitely recommend them to discover the true Laos.

Ms. Duong answer quickly all our question We loved both areas and would have liked to spend more time in each. The drive from Vientiane to Vang Vieng is extremely difficult, filled with twists and turns, and washed out road, but we enjoyed the scenery and glimpses of local life and would not have changed it.
