Satisfied with our holiday

Overall, we were satisfied with your services. We were picked up at our hotel at the planned time . Once we arrived, everyone was helpful and our guide Mr. Tu was very pleasant and nice. There were big holes on the flanks! In the dining area, there was still a “Merry Xmas” sign, although it was Tet already!

Our room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable and we were pleased to have a balcony with nice view. The food was “OK” nothing great. The servers and the crew were the best, including our guide, Tu. I thank you for your good service,
