Hi Chinh Giang Sorry for my delayed reply. It has been quite busy since arriving back in Australia and returning to work! Once again, thank-you for organising such a great tour for the 6 of us – Vietnam Tours. Below I have summarised, in my opinion, all the topics that you mentioned and have made a couple of suggestions. Tour Itinerary – was just the right amount of time at each location – wouldn’t change anything personally!

Guides – We were very happy with our tour guides, Phoung, Dong, Anh and Toan. They were all very polite, knowledgeable, punctual and helped us out where-ever possible i.e. with luggage, hotel check-ins, airport and train check-ins, as well as giving us some great recommendations for evening meals. Please forward our thanks to them! Hotels – I had no complaints with any of the hotels that you had booked for us, they were all of a good standard for 3-4 star properties. Daily hotel room in Hanoi was fine for what we needed. Transport – The cars were all good. I felt very confident with the drivers and never felt unsafe. Meals – all included meals were good Overall, we were all extremely happy with the tour and the standard of everything included, as well as the price. It was excellent value for money and I personally would definitely recommend you to others who are looking at organising a Asia holiday Thank you so much for all your hard work!
