Wonderful experience

Dear Thanh Xuan, I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful, streamlined tour we recently experienced with your company. All the guides were extremely professional and very friendly and knowledgeable and the private vans and drivers were all of a good standard. I would like to specifically commend the driver who took us around Siem Reap. He went the extra mile, by ensuring there were always ice cold drinks available for us as well as chilled wipes. He kept the van extremely clean and well air-conditioned, even after we made the floor muddy after rainfall. All the accommodation was very good and we would definitely recommend your company to anyone we know thinking of travelling to Vietnam. Our only disappointment was the timing of our flight from Denang to Hoi An. We arrived at the airport about four hours early for our flight. Unfortunately we were unable to get on an earlier flight to Hoi An so had to wait at the airport for our flight. That particular flight was then delayed by a further two hours, so we ended up waiting at the airport for over 6 hours. It was not at all pleasant and put a damper on our trip. We were met at Hoi An by Haung, who was lovely and tried her best to make us welcome. I would recommend you book your future tours on an earlier flight to Hoi An as there is not much to see on the road from Halong Bay to Denang and there is plenty of time to get to the airport for an earlier flight. We loved Hoi An, and our only regret there was that we did not spend more time in that lovely town.. I have attached some photos from our wonderful tour which you may use as you wish.
