The trip was very well organized in all respects

Hello ms.Thu, I´m sorry for not getting back to you earlier but I have been so busy after coming back from our wonderful trip in Viet Nam. However we had a very nice and exciting trip ,many interesting places to expirence and we also got a very comprehensive lesson in your history. We loved the food as well and the people were very nice. The trip was very well organized in all respects, many thanks to your good work. There are though some isssues we would like to bring to you in terms of feedback which could be useful for you when planning for your next customers. Our guide Long was a very nice person giving us a very comprehensive lesson in your history and very devoted to his job for that purpose. As we mentioned earlier ,our trip Hoi An was definitely a place were we should have staid 2 days, especially when the weather is warm.A wonderful place to take a break and relax , the old city was astonishing. In Ho Chi Minh we were met by a guide named Minh Hai Hoang. He is a real professiona giude , as well as the driver , you could sense that thes two guys were 100% devoted bto their job and us. He gave us immediately his contact details in case of emergency and told us we can call him any time if we have something on our mind.. This is something you have to stress your guides to do as well. We had the opportunity to spend quite a long time with him in e car during our trip to Mui Ne. Our hotel Northern Hotel was quite nice centraly located, but the street was a little bit aside and dark and dirty. We liked the trip to Mekong Delta and the trip to the Tunnels was one of the high lights. Ho Chi Minh was also very nice. We had some sunny nice days in Miu Ne playing golf 2 times. He is very aware of cooking classes as well and i know ms Palmgren is very keen on trying cooking and food. With best regards Anne-Marie & Christer Thibblin
