Dear Ms Chi, Thank you very much for arranging our Ha Long Bay cruise and transportation. We were very happy with all parts of the arrangement, including the driver the tour guide on the cruise, the boat, the meals on the boat, and the activities/itinerary for the cruise. The tour guide and the crew was very friendly and impressed us. Overall, the trip is fine. Ms Low Seok Tieng
