Discover Ha Giang and Minority People 7 Days

08:00 am: The English speaking guide pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Ha Giang (300km).  On the way, you will enjoy the beautiful countryside and the car will stop over for taking the photos. Having lunch on the way. Arrive in Ha Giang, check in hotel and free time for relaxing and walking around city.

After having breakfast at your hotel, you will take an easy walk to visit Tien Thang  Village, the village of the Tay people. You will have the peaceful feeling while viewing the scenery of stilt houses with thatch roves and palm trees. Continue drive up to the highland region of Ha Giang, the scenery is getting more stunning with high passes and august mountains. You will have opportunities to enjoy wonderful vie and take photos of Quan Ba pass and Quan Ba Heaven Gate. Arrive in Yen Minh town, you spend the rest of the day rambling around a hill tribe village near the town. Then check in hotel and relax. Free time in the evening.

Breakfast at your hotel, 08:00 am  driver through Dong Van Karst Geo – park, is unique combination between Geoheritages and cultural heritages .  There are up to 80% of the karst formations of Dong Van Plateau are limestone formed by environment conditions and different development stages of nature. On the way, the car will stop over for taking the photos and enjoy amazing scenery. You will exploring local life and the culture of the hill tribes such as the H’mong village in Lung Cam and  the residence of the Vuong family,  called “Palace of Hmong King”. After lunch, we continue  drive towards Meo Vac town. We make some stops en route for admiring the scenery and taking some photos of Ma Pi Leng Pass. Arriving in Meo Vac, check into a local hotel and take a rest. Then if time permit, we will have the opportunity to visit a village of Hmong near the town. Dinner and overnight in Meo Vac

After breakfast, we start our road trip to Bao Lac, a scenic route will take you to the Ma Li Leng Pass from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Nho Que River.  On the way, you will enjoy see one of the northeast’s stunning view. Arrive in Bao Lac, start hiking to visit Khuoi Khon village-mostly inhabited by Black Lo Lo ethnic group who well known with their bronze drum and their attire. Lo Lo women weave fabrics with which they make skirts. Usually the consumers are not for sale. If a visitor is willing to buy, the local women will meet their demand. Some visitors have placed orders to have a Lo Lo ethnic costume. The fabrics are often hot colours that go well with silver or aluminum jewels, hence highlighting the wearer’s beauty and charm. Lo Lo men, when searching for their future wives, often evaluate carefully their girlfriends through their ability to make clothing. Lo Lo people depend mainly on maize and rice as forms of income generation.

After breakfast, trekking for visiting the village. Then take a car to Ba Ba Lake (145km), nested in the middle of Ba Be National Park. Upon arrive check in homestay and free time.

Breakfast with local people and start a day for exploring Ba Be Lake. The day starts with a walk to a small prier where you get on your motorboat and have a cruise on Ba Be Lake. The lush forest clinging to the surrounding mountains is your backdrop as you explore the lake. During the boat trip you will visit the Puong Grotto and the Dau Dang waterfall. The scenery surrounding the lake is simply breathtaking, with the huge, old forest domina -ting in this landscape. During the walk in the afternoon, you will be able to observe the local communities going about their daily life, which includes buffalos and their owners tending the fields. By late afternoon you will return to your local Tay ethnic minority house, where you enjoy dinner and stay overnight tonight.

Breakfast with local people and then say goodbye Ba Be for transfer back to Hanoi (250km).  On the way back, stop over in Thai Nguyen for visiting the Museum of the Cultures of Vietnam Ethnic Groups. Continue enjoy the views of the sparawling farm lands of the Red River Delta. Arrive in Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel. Finish our services.
