Hanoi Arrival. Overnight train to Sapa.

As you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, a warm Vietnamese welcome awaits you. Our friendly guide, bearing a sign adorned with the distinctive Asia Tour Advisor logo and your name, will be waiting to whisk you away to your downtown hotel. During your comfortable transfer, our guide will provide you with a delightful introduction to the city, setting the stage for your exploration of Hanoi.

Hanoi, Vietnam's enchanting capital, is a bustling metropolis home to seven million people. With its blend of tradition and refinement, Hanoi captivates visitors with its French colonial architecture, tree-lined boulevards, serene lakes, and the vibrant Old Quarter. Take a moment to witness the graceful movements of locals practicing Tai Chi by the serene lakeside. Along the bustling sidewalks, observe barbers and street food vendors plying their trades, adding to the city's unique charm.

At 20:30, your Asia Tour Advisor's guide will collect you from your hotel. Your destination: Hanoi Railway Station, where you will embark on an unforgettable overnight journey to Sapa. The train features comfortable cabins with four berths, soft sleeper amenities, and air-conditioning, ensuring a cozy and pleasant experience.

Awaken in the charming town of Lao Cai at either 5:30 or 6:00 am, greeted by the picturesque landscapes of northern Vietnam.

Lao Cai – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van Villages

As you disembark from the train, keep an eye out for the "ATA's Logo & Your Name" sign, as your Asia Tour Advisor guide will be there to welcome you. Your journey continues to the former hill station of Sapa, a land of terraced hills and majestic mountains adorned with vibrant greenery. Here, the local hill tribe population adds a tapestry of colors to the landscape, from the shimmering silver jewelry worn by the H'mong people to the scarlet turbans of the Red Dao.

After a nourishing breakfast at a local restaurant and a brief respite, you'll embark on your Sapa adventure. The first leg of the journey takes you along a road before branching onto a small path that leads you down into the picturesque Muong Hoa Valley. Alongside the enchanting Y Linh Ho Valley, your path winds its way to Lao Chai village, home to the Black H'mong people. This tribe, one of the largest in the Sapa region, takes great pride in its culture and traditions, with their own language and indigo blue clothing.

Continuing your expedition, you'll arrive at Ta Van village, inhabited by the Zay people. With a population of around 38,000, the Zay are a small minority group living primarily in the mountainous regions of Northwest Vietnam. While development has led to some changes in their customs, many Zay women still wear traditional shirts in vibrant shades of purple, blue, or green.

Upon reaching your lodging, you'll have an hour of relaxation and festivities, including music, wine, and soft drinks.

Ta van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa. Night Train to Hanoi

After a hearty breakfast among the locals, the morning unfolds with breathtaking vistas as you journey onward. You'll marvel at the stunning landscapes before arriving at Giang Ta Chai, home to the Red Dao people. These women are known for their striking red embroidery and coin-adorned clothing, complete with vibrant red scarves.

Your path takes you through verdant rice fields, across the Muong Hoa River, and up to Su Pan village, where a waiting jeep transports you back to Sapa. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the local market and the town of Sapa. As the late afternoon approaches, your vehicle will collect you for the return journey to Hanoi. The night train awaits you at Lao Cai train station, ready to transport you back to the capital.

Hanoi – Halong Bay

The day begins early with your transfer from your Hanoi hotel to the breathtaking Halong Bay. Our shuttle bus will collect you between 07:30 and 08:00 am, setting the stage for a remarkable journey.

As you travel through the captivating Red River Delta countryside, a stopover in Hai Duong province provides a refreshing 30-minute break. The next destination is Tuan Chau Island, where a welcoming drink and a short respite await at Halong Cruise Lounge.

From Tuan Chau Island, you'll transfer to your Halong Cruise vessel. Upon boarding, a warm welcome and safety instructions await, ensuring your journey is comfortable and secure.

As the cruise commences, you'll be treated to a buffet lunch featuring delectable Vietnamese dishes. While navigating the bay, you'll pass by enchanting landmarks like Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim Beach, and Coconut Three Island.

An excursion to Luon Cave presents the perfect opportunity to explore limestone formations and jade-green waters via bamboo boat, guided by locals. This tranquil space offers relaxation in its purest form, allowing you to unwind and savor the serene ambiance. If luck is on your side, you may even spot monkeys on nearby islands.

The journey continues with a visit to Ti Top Beach, renowned for its pristine atmosphere, crystal-clear waters, and soft white sand. Hiking to the top of Ti Top Beach rewards you with panoramic views of Halong Bay, a memory you'll cherish.

As twilight descends upon Halong Bay, you'll return to the vessel for dinner. Indulge in a Deluxe Vietnamese BBQ Set Menu Dinner while the enchanting surroundings add to the atmosphere.

Evening activities offer the opportunity for relaxation, entertainment, and cultural enrichment. You can enjoy a casual chat at the bar, watch movies and various Vietnamese cultural films, or simply relax under the starry sky. For the more adventurous, there's squid fishing and fishing from the boat.

Halong Bay - Hanoi

Your day begins with an early morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck, where you can experience the serenity of Halong Bay while practicing this ancient art.

Following your Tai Chi session, a breakfast of coffee, tea, and pastries is served in the dining room, providing you with nourishment as you take in the morning views of the bay.

Your journey continues with a transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay, famous for its stunning stalactites and stalagmites. Proper shoes are recommended for this approximately 45-minute exploration.

Returning to Halong Cruise, you'll check out and settle your bill at the reception. While cruising back to Tuan Chau Wharf, you can enjoy the beautiful bay scenery from the sundeck or the dining room.

Upon disembarking at Tuan Chau Wharf, you'll bid farewell to the crew and embark on your return journey to Hanoi.

Hanoi City Tour

Your day begins between 8:30 and 8:45 am, as we collect you from your hotel to explore the treasures of Hanoi.

Our first destination is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the final resting place of Uncle Ho, Vietnam's beloved national hero. Nearby, you'll discover President Ho Chi Minh's stilt house, where he resided intermittently from 1958 to 1969.

Continuing our journey, we visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique structure situated over the water in the midst of a square lake. The tranquil Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on the shore of West Lake, provides a moment of contemplation.

A delicious lunch at a restaurant in the Old Quarter awaits, followed by a visit to Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart and soul of Hanoi.

Depending on the day of your tour, you'll have one of two options:

Option 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday We'll make a stop at the Museum of Ethnology, a remarkable institution showcasing Vietnam's rich cultural diversity through an extensive collection of 15,000 artifacts. This museum offers a fascinating glimpse into the customs and traditions of Vietnam's diverse ethnic groups.

Option 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Your journey takes you to Bat Trang ceramic village, situated approximately 20 km from Hanoi. This historic pottery village boasts a heritage spanning half a millennium, making it a unique and intriguing destination.

Between 3:30 and 4:00 pm, we'll return you to your hotel, concluding your unforgettable tour of Vietnam.

Go to this company and get in touch with Ms. Xuan, who helped plan a great trip.
We spent the last night at the Tirant Hotel over the weekend. It was in the old town. There are many things to explore including the night market which is open from Friday to Sunday. The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. The view from the rooftop was amazing. Very friendly staff. We spent 2 days in Sapa and 2Days Cruise at Halong Bay. The experience was excellent. The scenery is great.
My family consists of 5 people from 9 years old to 70 years old. This private trip gave us a lot of freedom to roam in our spare time. Our tour guide, Tommy was very friendly and nice. Perhaps he can provide more detailed information about his surroundings during bus trips. We love hearing stories, not only about the history of the attractions but also the daily lives of the people and their customs.
Overall, if you don't mind paying for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi, you can consider an Asia Tour Advisor.

As for Ms Tham from Asia Tour Advisor, took care of everything to make sure especially in email to communicate and patience with me. We’re glad to see her in her office when we paid the balance cash.

Our tour guide, Mr Huan has very good English in writing on paper, sometimes notes on his phone to communicate and understand, quick pick on simple sign language, gesture, body language from us what we talked to him, feeling more comfortable each other with no barrier of communication. Mr. Huan who was very caring, patient with us on Walking Trails together and stayed with us at Halong Bay also for 7 days included Hanoi, Sapa. Very impressed for the arrangement well with us being Deaf

Praised him, he quickly thinks to contact his local guides/ drivers after when we forget to take the big bag at Halong Bay Wharf. He was very kind, humble, cheerful and helpful. Thank you to the girl (not know her) at Halong Bay who found the big bag. Big relieved it to return!

Lastly, we really enjoyed with him in the itineraries. Have good activities and wonderful memories.

We highly recommended Asia Tour Advisor to Deaf people who loved to travel in Hanoi. Hopefully, Mr Huan could communicate with Deaf people from the world.
