08:00 am: The guide pick you up in Ho Chi Minh city and transfer to Can Tho to start our 2 days tour. Arrive in Can Tho, check in hotel. After lunch, you will cycling to visit blacksmith family who are working for 50 years and made thousands of knifes and learning this experience by communicating with local people. Then, you continue to visit some local activities and communicate with people who will share culture of Mekong delta. After that, you stop at the traditional house with 3 generations and learn how to make and enjoy the special banana cake with local people. Then late afternoon, you will be back to homestay for dinner.
Wake up early morning, you will take a boat to famous Cai Rang floating market and have an opportunity to talk to the sellers on their boats. You back to hotel for check-out and have light breakfast or you can choose breakfast during visiting floating market. Then, you can visit the local family who made noodles by handmade or relax in fruits garden. Check out and having lunch. After lunch, transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh City. AustraliaThis was one of my favorite tours ever! The Cai Rang floating markets are really cool and I loved that they give you fresh fruit to try off the boats throughout the tour. The river is very calming and it was nice to see parts of the city along the river. The rice noodle factory was also very interesting to see!! Our tour guide was awesome- very funny and spoke English very well. I would definitely recommend this Mekong delta tour.
