We had a fantastic time in Vietnam

Dear Ms Minh, Apologies for the delay in response. Our feedback is that you, Mr Tho and Mr Trung were good. We appreciated the effort you went to in meeting us in our hotel in Hanoi, answering our questions and calling me to check we were ok. Mr Tho and Mr Trung were both very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. Mr Trung gave us lots of good recommendations on where to eat and what to see in HCMC. The three of you spoke good english and were professional. We were happy dealing with the three of you, in particular, Mr Trung who guided us for four days. The HCMC hotel was good, the staff spoke better english and the rooms appear to be cleaner. The tour itinerary for both Hanoi and HCMC were good. The food was good, a lot more than we expected. Overall, we would recommend your services to our friends. The whole thing was very well organised and we had a fantastic time in Vietnam. We were picked up and dropped off promptly, we were kept informed on what was going to happen and most things (all the important things) went to plan. We will definitely be coming back!
