We are home now after a Vietnam Tour package. This is our feedback for your services.
Guides: The guide in Hanoi, Hue-Danang-Hoi An segment, Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap were excellent.
Hotels: Selection of hotels was good. All hotels were clean, comfortable, safe and had good services.
My wife and I like privately arranged, personalized tours compared to large group tours. Asia Tour Advisor (Chinh Giang: staff) worked with us to construct a 14 day personalized itinerary for us and did a great job.
Price: Prior to booking with Asia Tour Advisors, we had checked with four travel agents in USA, Canada and India. We believed that any such travel agency must work through a local Vietnamese Travel Agency and add its own profit. We were right. Asia Tour Advisors offered the most competitive rate for the itinerary desired by us, using four star hotels. What you may lose in being able to speak with a familiar accent is made up by a good price. With patience, it was possible to construct an excellent itinerary.
Cars: Cars were very good.
Meals: Breakfast in hotels was excellent. Lunches in Vietnam were excellent. In Cambodia, lunches were average to below average. However, the tour operator promised to improve this in the future.
Halong Bay Cruise was outstanding. Great service and food. Halong Bay Cruise and visits to Angkor temples were the highlights of our tour.
We recommend Asia Tour Advisors strongly and without hesitation.
