Dear Mr. David Luong: Thank you very much for arranging our Ha Long Bay cruise and transportation. We were very happy with all parts of the arrangement, including the driver (Hanoi -> Ha Long City -> Haiphong -> Hanoi), the tour guide on the cruise, the boat, the meals on the boat, and the activities/itinerary for the cruise. Especially thoughtful was that the boat crew gave us towels to put on our laps while kayaking so that our legs would not get wet and would stay warm. I am also happy that we were able to kayak on the first day instead of going swimming. Thank you very much for the great experience we had in Ha Long Bay and Haiphong. Sincerely, Elaine Cheong
