My husband and I recently travelled to Vietnam Tours and after researching many tour companies (and on recommendation from friends in Perth) we chose Asia Tour Advisor. Many emails with lots of questions were sent back and forwards before we actually made the booking (and afterwards as well) and our organiser, Ms Thu always responded in a courteous, helpful and speedy manner. We also made a few alterations to our itinerary so we were a little worried that there may be problems when we arrived. But, happily there were none… there was not a hitch any where, everything was fabulous, including our drivers, tour guides, hotels, meals provided and all the tours we undertook. Everyone was great but in particular I praise the driver who drove us to Halong Bay…. what a crazy and funny experience. It is madness just like everyone says but you really do have to experience it to believe it. We particularly liked being met at the airport and assisted with all our flights, both internal and external. I have recommended Asia Tour Advisor to several friends upon our return and I have no hesitation recommending that you use them to plan your trip. My husband was not as keen to go to Vietnam when I originally started planning the trip but now he wants to go back! And we will definitely use Asia Tour Advisor again. I don’t eat seafood but this was not a problem at any time, our guide always ensured my dietary needs were met, without any fuss or bother. They also gave us a mobile phone to use in case we had had a problem. We didn’t need it as everything ran so smoothly, but it is a kind and thoughtful gesture, just in case! Thanks Ms Thu, we appreciate all you did for us.
