Ms. Duong – Here are our comments:

1. Tour Guides were excellent. They were fluent in English, punctual, flexible, and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Suggestion: Have them give us a business card with their eMail and cell phone numbers. It’s very helpful if we need to contact them to verify or change meeting times.

2. All vehicles were clean and drivers were safe. The driver in Siem Reap (“Map”?) was particularly helpful in suggesting places for us to go in our free time.

3. Meals were acceptable. Tour guides gave good restaurant suggestions for evening meals near our hotels.

4. Hotels were generally comfortable. Best was the Signature Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
