Start to finish was a smooth process

Hi Huyen Sure I can provide some feedback regarding the trip. I was going to ask you if you needed any testimony on the trip but you beat me to it! Asia Tour Advisor – this was my first time booking a mini tour over the internet and honestly I was really nervous about booking online with a company that I don’t know or haven’t heard of, however from my initial enquiry stage to confirmation, Ms. Huyen was great – she was very professional and thorough with the information of the tour. Start to finish was a smooth process, which is what I wanted. I would recommend Asia Tour Advisor to anyone wanting to travel to Vietnam! Transport – very clean and in a good condition. Driver – was excellent, professional and was very attentive to our requirements on the trip. Tour Guide – he was absolutely amazing!! Tong shared his experience and knowledge everywhere we went. At the end of every afternoon, we could see he was really tired but still kept the energy going! We asked if we could change one of our dinners on one of the night and he went out of his way to arrange this for us! My parents and grandma was so impressed with Tong and his skills in speaking both English and Vietnamese which I appreciate as my husband does not speak or understand Vietnamese and my grandma does not speak or understand English! It was great to have someone speaking both languages on the trip!
