During your trek, you'll pause for a delightful picnic lunch, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Along the way, you'll also have the opportunity to engage with local hill tribe communities. Among them, the Man Ta Pan and the long-dress Dzao are two distinctive groups that call these mountains home.

Tonight, your gracious hosts will be a local family from either a Man Ta Pan or Dzao village, offering you an authentic experience.

Another nourishing breakfast in the company of your host family precedes a full day of exploration. Today's 5 to 6-hour trek takes you through areas rich in local culture, providing the opportunity to connect with the indigenous communities.

On the way to Phin Ho, a local hill tribe village, you'll break for lunch at a Red Dao village in Giang. Originating from China and migrating to Vietnam in the 12th or 13th century, the Red Dao people form a vibrant farming community. They are distinguishable by their intricately embroidered, handmade garments and simple wooden abodes.

Returning to Pan Hou Village, you'll pause to visit Nam Nghi Village. Here, nature paints an astonishing landscape with its expansive rice terraces. Along the banks of Phin Ho Stream, you'll take a moment to indulge in a picturesque picnic lunch.

After 5 or 6 hours of traversing the breathtaking terrain of Vietnam, you'll find yourself back at Pan Hou Village. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind. Whether you choose to relax in a comfortable nook, relishing the serene ambiance of this region, or opt for a traditional herbal bath at your lodge, immersed in warm, herb-infused waters, your body will thank you after several days of exploration.
